Team Nviron Takes on the Dell Technologies Management Challenge 2026

What a weekend. 

Earlier this month, Team Nviron headed to Hay-on-Wye to take part in the Dell Technologies Management Challenge 2026, joining teams from across the technology industry for two days of mountain biking, hiking and canoeing across the Brecon Beacons. 

Representing Nviron as a Dell Platinum Partner, the team took on around 66km of challenging terrain alongside participants from organisations including Dell Technologies, PwC, Barclays, Toyota, CDW and Computacenter. 

It's fair to say the Brecon Beacons had a few surprises in store. 

What looked manageable on a route map felt very different out on the hills, with steep climbs, tough conditions and plenty of moments that tested both fitness and teamwork. But after two demanding days, Team Nviron crossed the finish line with plenty of tired legs, a few sore muscles and a huge sense of achievement. 

The event wasn't just about the challenge itself. 

The Dell Technologies Management Challenge raises money for Thames Hospice, supporting the vital care they provide to patients and families. Across the event, an incredible £85,000 was raised for the charity. 

For everyone involved, that was the number that mattered most.
