Technical Consultant

Nviron is looking for skilled and capable individuals to join our growing Technical Consultancy Team. Working closely with customers our support and account liaison services the Technical consultant role offers access to engaging solutions deployed with outstanding vendors and market leading technologies.

Your responsibilities will include

Implementing new technical infrastructure to agreed deliverables and timescales, participation in pre-sales activities by defining software, hardware and network requirements, analysing problems and making recommendations, preparing documentation, presenting progress reports to customers, and preparing post consultancy project handover to our customer and the Support Team.

What are we looking for?

Successful candidates will have implementation skills in at least 3 of the following Technical areas:

 

  • Hyper-V or VMware

 

  • Shared Storage (Dell EMC EqualLogic, Compellent, vSAN, Storage Spaces)

 

  • Active Directory

 

  • Office365 and Exchange

 

  • VMware Horizon or Microsoft RDS

 

  • Veeam Backup and Disaster Recovery

Ideal experience

Implementation experience in the following areas is ideal but not essential:

 

  • Office365 & Azure

 

  • Networking (Wired or Wireless)

 

  • Solution Design & Architecture

 

  • Capacity Planning & Analysis
